Covid years motivation is going up and down these two years. For 2022 I don’t see marathon participation, but regular exercises and weekly long runs will be great success.

It was a birthday run, about two months ago, I managed to catch up with Dancho, and we made one lap from home around the Yuzhen Park and back. 7.9k for 45 minutes. A better pace than usual.
