Covid years motivation is going up and down these two years. For 2022 I don’t see marathon participation, but regular exercises and weekly long runs will be great success.

Now it’s February and maybe it’s time to revert the counter to zero, to close season one of my unsuccessful tryout for marathon and try season two.

It was a birthday run, about two months ago, I managed to catch up with Dancho, and we made one lap from home around the Yuzhen Park and back. 7.9k for 45 minutes. A better pace than usual.
