Abandoned and restarted workouts several times for the last two years. Gained a lot weight, lost some of it, gain some again. Currently I’m doing a lot of running, maybe unhealthy for my fitness. I’m thinking for running Rotterdam marathon in early April this year, but need to confirm to myself this week.
As far as for the journaling, once I decide if will continue running for my daemons or for some results, I’ll restart journaling . For now I could be found in Strava.
